Dear Parents,
     Thank you for sharing your child me this year.  It has been such an incredible time watching them grow during these last nine months.  Last September they walked in as strangers and today they are walking out as a friend.
    Thank you also for coming on field trips, volunteering in the classroom, donating supplies/snacks, and bringing your child prepared for class.  They are lucky to have such wonderful and caring parents.
     I wish your child the best of luck this summer.  Your child holds a special place in my heart.

2013-2014 Open House- August 21st

 
Our 2013-14 Open House will be held on Wednesday, August 21 from 3:30-5:30 pm. Mark your calendars for "Back to School Night."  This is an exciting day to meet your teacher and see the classroom!  Please note that Hidden Oaks and Twin Oaks Middle Schools are on the same day, but start at 4:00 pm and continue to 8:00 pm.

Student School Supplies 2013-2014

 
Back to school supplies for the 2013-14 school year can be ordered through June 30.  To order go to www.ordermypack.com and enter Glendale's school number 117270.

Report Cards-June 11th

 
Student report cards and MAP scores will be posted online and available through Family Access on June 11. Please go online where you can review and print your child's MAP scores and final report card of the year.  If you need help accessing your password, please contact the Glendale office at 952-226-0200. Report cards will reflect Quarter 4 progress and performance.

Field Trip June 3rd

Reminder that our field Trip to Sea Life of MN is on Monday, June 3rd.  Please send a disposable bag lunch and drink with your child.  Also, comfortable shoes is recommended.

Fun in the Sun Day- What your Child Needs

 

Fun In the Sun - Thursday, May 30

Your child needs the following items on Thursday, May 30 for our annual Fun In the Sun Day (grades 1-3). We will rotate through various stations from 9:30-11:30. 

1. Comfortable clothes

2. Socks and Tennis Shoes

3. Water Bottle is highly recommended 

4. Arriving to school wearing sun screen is highly recommended. 

Lunch Accounts for the End of the Year!

 

 

As we approach the final 8 days of school, we wanted to send a reminder about student 
lunch accounts. When student accounts do not have a positive balance, students are given a sandwich and milk for lunch. This is not as appealing as the school lunch offerings and can be frustrating for students. We are encouraging parents to plan ahead and send enough money in to the school to cover the remaining days. If you need more information about your students’ lunch accounts, you can use Pay Pams to check your lunch account
